Product introduction
The antistatic color coated plate is made by adding conductive materials to the insulating polyester coating, so that the original insulating coating can be turned into a semiconductor, which can be used in conjunction with the installation of grounding lines in construction projects.
The installation of the ground wire can make the surface of the color coated steel plate due to air convection and clothing friction and the electrostatic generated into the ground and disappear, can reduce or eliminate the electrostatic accumulation, prevent dust adsorption, electronic equipment damage, equipment failure and even fire accidents, etc.

Hot-dip galvanized Z100(+) Aluminized zinc AZ80(+), front film thickness:5+15u, back:5-7u
Standard specification
Using hot dipped galvanized steel coil, galvanized weight is Z100g/m2 according to GB/T2518-2008.
Using hot dip galvanized 55% aluminum zinc steel coil, the weight of zinc layer is AZ80g/m2 according to GB/T14978-2008
Product performance
Bending test: ≤3T(NTO), tape bonding strength is 10±1N/25mm; -MEK resistance test: ≥100 times.
Acid and alkali resistance test (GB/T13448-2006): acid resistance 5% HCL 24 hours without bubbles; alkali resistance 5% NaOH 24 hours without bubbles; -Electrical conductivity of paint film surface: 106-109Ω
