Production process of color coated steel plate

There are many production processes for color-coated steel plates, and the most used is the roll coating + baking process, which is generally 2 coating and 2 baking. The specific process flow is as follows:

　　1. Pretreatment process

After the substrate is degreased and washed with water, it is phosphated or compound oxidized to form a layer of phosphate or composite oxide film on the surface of the steel plate, and then passivated and sealed.
